Email support@aviado.com and we will reply within 2 business days. Include the email address on your Aviado account, and if you are reporting a problem, tell us what device you were using and what you were doing when it happened.

If you created your account with an email address and password, use the “Forgot password” option on the sign-in page of the web app at www.aviado.com/app/auth. If you signed in with Apple or Google, Aviado has no separate password — sign in with that provider instead. Locked out either way? Email support@aviado.com.

Aviado Pro subscriptions on iOS are billed by Apple, not by Aviado. Manage or cancel in the App Store: open your profile ▸ Subscriptions, or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Deleting your Aviado account does not cancel an active subscription — always cancel through the store that bills you.

In the app, open the side menu, tap Delete Account, and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent. You can also request deletion by email without reinstalling the app — full instructions are on our account deletion page.

Aviado scores 100,000+ products, but new or regional products can be missing from the catalog. Email support@aviado.com with a photo of the front label and the barcode, and we will queue it for scoring.

Open the side menu and tap Connected Devices. For Apple Health (iOS), tap connect and allow Health access when iOS asks — if you declined earlier, turn it on in iPhone Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Health. For Oura, tap Connect Oura Ring and sign in with your Oura account; once connected you’ll see your sleep, readiness, activity, and resting heart rate. Each device has a Sync button on the same screen. If a connection fails or data stops syncing, email support@aviado.com.
